ELMER ABAPO is a Filipino-American Hip Hop and R&B artist, singer, songwriter and producer based in LA. Raised on 90’s R&B and Hip Hop, his music tells the experience of the Filipino American navigating between the culture in which he lives and the culture where he is from.
